Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and ingredients are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. c. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2. Order, Pricing, and Payment
a. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. b. Pricing: Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. c. Payment: We accept secure online payments via various methods (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI). We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed and dispatched. d. Cancellation by Zayka India: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, if an error is identified in pricing or product description, or if payment is declined. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
3. Shipping and Delivery
a. Delivery Partners: We use reliable third-party courier services for shipping across India. b. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. c. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). d. Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (laddus being food items):
a. No Returns: We maintain a strict No Returns Policy. b. No Refunds: We maintain a strict No Refunds Policy. c. Quality Issues: In the event of a verifiable issue with product quality or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review such issues on a case-by-case basis.
