This policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a product that has been sealed and handled only by our team.

Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds.

We take utmost care in packaging and preparing your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer or issues related to transit time once the package has been handed over to the courier partner.

However, if there is a verifiable issue with the product quality or if you receive a demonstrably incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. We guarantee there are no hidden costs or surcharges added to your order after purchase.

Payment Method

Right now we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
